Service on your JURA range of coffee machines includes the following;

• Clean and descale machine
• Check coffee quality and settings
• Check wear parts
• Check flowmeter
• Check inner distribution collar
• Strip and clean machine
• Strip and clean brew unit
• Replace seals on brew unit
• Clean and readjust grinder
• Clean coffee spouts
• Check and clean frother and steam nozzle
• Check for leaks
• Clean machine internally and externally
• Test machine (15 test coffees)
• Two hours labour included. 
• Please note that all machines are returned cleaned, so with some models, it will take three or four preparations before machine starts brewing optimal coffee.

Should any parts be required, this will be quoted separately. The above service can only be conducted in the Jura Durban Service Centre and not on-site.

 
Packaging

Please ensure your machine is in a box so that all loose parts remain together. If dropped off or collected without a box, we will add a box price of R150 to your final invoice.

Additional labour

Should it be needed: R950 per hour. Removal of Bugs/Insects/Mould etc from machine – an hours labour will be added to the above.
